In application of Articles 1, 2 and 3 of Proceedings 2010-229 of 10 June 2010 granting dispensation from the declaration of computer processing of personal data carried out by not-for-profit organisations, the Club Med Corporate Foundation and the Friends of the Foundation fund are exempted from the declaration of personal data that comes within the scope of Proceedings 2010-229 of 10 June 2010.
