The Club Méditerranée Corporate Foundation helps Make-A-Wish to fulfil the wishes of seriously ill children. Make-A-Wish France gives children and adolescents between the ages of 3 to 17 years a dream break, which gives them the courage to confront the difficult moments of their lives.
About Make a Wish France
Make-A-Wish® France is a non-profit organisation in accordance with the French 1901 act and was founded in 2005. It is affiliated to the Make-A-Wish® International Foundation, which is an NGO recognised by the United Nations. Make-A-Wish® France fulfils the wishes of children aged 3 to 17 years suffering from serious diseases. The wish, fulfilled all together with the family of the child, brings hope and joy in order to help confronting the disease.
Every wish is 'magical' and reflects the personality of the child. The wish is registered by volunteers who have been trained in keeping with Make-A-Wish®'s core values, which emphasize empathy and respect for the privacy of the families. It provides unique tailor-made solutions with the support of the partners and donors.
With the Club Méditerranée Foundation
The Club Méditerranee Corporate Foundation has been supporting Make a Wish France since 2014. It made it possible to grant Agathe's wish, which was to go on a cruise aboard the Club Med 2 in the Caribbean and Islem's wish, which was to learn to ski and toboggan at Pragelato Vialattea in Italy.
Use of the collected funds
The funds raised through the Friends of the Foundation are intended to contribute to the fulfilment of more wishes and the realisation of these magical moments shared with the family.
