About Kodiko

Since its creation in 2016, Kodiko has accompanied more than 250 "binomials" composed of a refugee and a volunteer employee, thus creating the first "refugee-employee in-company" co-training program in France. It has also launched a pilot program to meet the needs of refugees whose professional project is not sufficiently clear or realistic to allow for short-term integration into the labour market.

With the Foundation and the Friends

Club Med Foundation supported the creation of Kodiko. Employees at Club Med's Paris headquarters were able to take part in the very first promotion of the co-training program created by Kodiko in 2016. The partnership is continuing with two new promotions per year.  The funds raised will be used to support Kodiko's six-month accompaniment of a future group of statutory refugees as part of the "employee-refugee" co-training program.
