Created in 2013, Casamasanté aims to facilitate access to health on the one hand, by making essential care accessible to children and families in precarious situations. On the other hand, it supports health education through the deployment of awareness programs. The health center also enables the detection of more serious pathologies requiring referral to a more appropriate care structure. Casamasanté has created and manages a free school health consultation program that benefits more than 2,000 children in Cap Skirring and the surrounding isolated villages, coupled with an educational program of donations of materials for neighboring schools.
